Job Description: As an End-to-End Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the timely and successful placement of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate feedback
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
