Job Description: As a Screener, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by evaluating candidates’ initial applications to determine their fit for specific roles. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates’ qualifications against job requirements. Your goal will be to identify top candidates and present them to the recruitment team for further consideration.

 

Responsibilities:

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, experience, and fit for specific roles

Coordinate with recruitment team to schedule interviews with qualified candidates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database

Provide feedback to candidates on their application status

Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed
